Escrow Services

- Liaise with Development Managers/team to cultivate and finalize lender relationships, including formal introductions to officers and thorough assessment of required documentation and reporting
- Make personal introductions to pre-selected Title Company personnel
Personally contact all purchasers to make introductions, establish rapport and reinforce confidentiality and trust
- Develop and establish working and reporting structures, as well as procedures and timelines
- Manage the closing process, including all required legal notices, documentation and formalities
- Participate in all relevant and necessary meetings, as required, to ensure quick and efficient closing
